Supportive and Informative

I have immense pleasure in sharing the help which Head Medical offered to me.

The move to a different country is itself daunting. Hence it was only after much consideration that we decided to proceed. The team at Head Medical were great. From the very start they planned out the options. It started off with help in tidying up my CV. Then the various locations where jobs were available were discussed with me. 

As we were expecting our second child at this time I was moving away to India (from the UK) before travelling to Australia. Hence the time scale to get all documents was very tight. But once again Carol stepped up and sent me details of every document needed. At a very short notice she verified all my documents and gave instructions for remaining documents. She arranged an interview for me (with my new employer) while I was India. Subsequently every contact with APHRA and RACGP was all sorted out by the Head Medical team.

They were very contactable (even returning calls when I rang from India). They also ensured that my employer was kept updated regularly. Since my entry to Australia they have kept in touch and been supportive and informative.

I am happy to be in Australia where there is lot of freedom for a GP to practice, and also able to improve my skills in every area of practice. I am very happy I contacted Head Medical.
