The Opportunity
Auckland is the leading provider of child health care in Aotearoa (New Zealand) and the South Pacific, has an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full-time position to join as a Paediatric Haematology/Oncology Consultant in their Blood and Cancer Service. We are able to offer great relocation assistance and a great team environment for a smooth transitioning into this role.
The Blood and Cancer Centre provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment and long term follow up for children and young people with cancer and non-malignant haematological conditions. Our service also provides a comprehensive Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant service for New Zealand for a range of malignant and non-malignant conditions.

Important Skills
As the ideal candidate, you will have either been practising as a Paediatric Haematologist/Oncologist or completing training in Paediatric Haematology/Oncology at the time of application. We particularly welcome early career applicants.
You will also need to hold or be eligible for specialist (Vocational / Locum Tenens) registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand and have Fellowship from appropriate Medical College
