The Role: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our team in Tasmania. In this role, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) and senior staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

  • Assist with planning and managing staff and resources.

  • Provide leadership by coordinating daily patient care activities, including patient flow.

  • Act as a mentor and role model, supporting staff development and ensuring compliance with policies and protocols.

Details of Appointment:

  • Permanent full-time shift worker position (up to 76 hours per fortnight).

  • Salary: £56,000 - £59,000 per annum (AUD $106,570 - $112,440) plus 11.5% superannuation.

  • Postgraduate allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type.

  • Salary packaging available, including up to $9,010 for living expenses and $2,650 for meal entertainment.

Relocation Benefits:

  • AUD $15,000 payment over three years for nurses relocating from the UK and staying in full-time employment.

  • AUD $15,000 in relocation assistance for overseas candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse qualification recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
