The Region:
There’s something magical about the New South Wales South Coast: the clarity of the water, the colour of the sky, the fall of forests along ocean fringes. At its heart sits Eurobodalla, the ‘land of many waters’. While unspoilt beaches, rivers and bays are Eurobodalla’s signature, its towns and villages offer a relaxed mix of history, country charm and cosmopolitan style that leaves a mark long after the saltwater has dried.
At Eurobodalla’s northern gateway sits South Durras, a pristine seaside escape surrounded by lake and forest. To the south are the heritage listed villages of Central Tilba and Tilba Tilba (home of the television series River Cottage Australia). To the west, the riverside village of Nelligen welcomes you as you exit the winding forest road from the mountains. The Pacific Ocean, 83 beaches, 16 lakes, and numerous rivers form Eurobodalla’s eastern border.
Inside this piece of paradise, Eurobodalla’s towns and villages offer award winning markets and produce, vibrant art and entertainment, and authentic food and shopping. Each town and village has its own feel and flavour: Moruya’s country charm, Batemans Bay’s seaside style, Bodalla’s living dairy heritage. In Tuross Heads you can park your kayak at a café wharf, in Narooma you can lose or find yourself in impossibly blue waters.

What Head Medical can do for you…
Arranging a position overseas is very exciting, but we understand that it can also be daunting and time consuming. We’re the UK’s specialist in international medical recruitment and we’ve helped many Doctors relocate since we first started out in 2008 (you can read what people have said about working with us on our testimonials page). We know it’s important to balance career opportunities with lifestyle and we’ll talk through your plans and will get to know you to make sure we find the right role in the right location.
Once we have secured a job for you, we’ll manage the Medical Registration and Visa application process, and support you (and your family) with the relocation itself.
