Head Medical is delighted to announce that, as part of Head Resourcing Ltd, it has been awarded the Investors in People Gold Accreditation. It is a fantastic achievement for the company and demonstrates its commitment to the development of its people across its business.
Investors in People is a nationally recognised framework designed to help organisations improve business performance and achieve objectives through effective people management and development. The Gold standard is the highest level of IIP accreditation and is only awarded to those that are able to demonstrate their commitment to excellence in their support and development of staff.
This achievement is even more impressive as it is now one of only four companies in its industry who have achieved the award in Scotland, and is one of 26 in the whole of the UK.
