The Role
This is one of the two hospitals in the region serving a population of approximately 120,000 people. Services include medical, surgical, women’s and children’s healthcare services, along with care for the elderly, disability support and mental health support services. You will be part of a multidisciplinary and supportive team and will enjoy first class support and training from your supervisors and other senior medical staff.
The Mental Health Team provide a range of services including Youth Specialty Services Child, Adolescent and Family Services, Community Mental Health Services, 65+ Older Persons Services and Acute Inpatient Care.
The Location

It is also an area steeped in New Zealand history and Maori legend and invites you to learn more about the indigenous Maori culture
